Sound as art
Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 11:31AM Just recieved David Sylvian's latest CD 'Manafon' this morning. From the first couple of listenings, this is a worthy follow up to 'Blemish'. While its still firmly in the avant-garde camp, it seems more atmospheric. As always his voice is emotive and articulate. I'll give 5/5.

New MP3 in download area
Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 06:13AM Just added a new track to the music area called Hillsbrad. Created over the weekend by noodling with a new plugin called Catanya (http://www.kvraudio.com/get.php?mode=show&id=3949).
Its just a slowly building ambient piece.
I also tried the trial version of Fabfilter's new EQ plugin

and for once I think the EQed result sounds better than the flat version (thats a dig at my EQ prowess, not EQ plugins).
Oh and BTW the tracks with names from WoW locations are not meant to be in any way representing that location. I just use WoW place names as filenames when creating new projects.
